HANSE Embargo and Sanction
A HANSE embargo is usually created as a result of unfavorable corporate or economic circumstances between a client and HANSE, and based on sector-wide cooperation and implementation of certain internal information- and decision processes. Allied clients and investors frequently band together to make joint agreements to exclude and isolate the client in markets from business, controlled by HANSE Business Class.
The Embargo is usually announced for a time period of at least 18 months with the last 6 months taken as appropriate monitoring period with regular ongoing business coordination between the relevant parties. Within the first 12 months, the Embargo can only be lifted on application against a grace period of 4 months and (a) against are refundable deposit or (b) against a one-time payment jointly fixed by The Oil Club International and HANSE Business Class.
